Cancellation Policy

CWI Cancellation Policy

Clients shall have the right to cancel their current coaching session or plan and request a full or partial refund under The CommonWealth Initiative (hereinafter “CWI”) engagement agreement. For plans, in order to receive a full refund after the engagement of CWI, clients must make a cancellation request in writing by letter or email to CWI at least 48 hours in advance of the first coaching session. In order to receive a partial refund, clients must make a cancellation request in writing by letter or email to CWI at least 48 hours in advance of the next coaching session. Partial refunds and cancellation fees for sessions, LEAPTM and estate planning services will be rendered according to the following schedule:

Financial Coaching Session

A $25.00 cancellation fee will be applied if the client cancels within 48 hours of the date of the scheduled Financial Coaching session.

Financial Coaching Plans

  • Cancellation after: 1st Session – Client receives $98.50 | (50 %)
  • Cancellation after: 2nd Session – Client receives $49.25 | (25 %)

Business Coaching Session

A $25.00 cancellation fee will be applied if the client cancels within 48 hours of the date of the scheduled Business Coaching session.

Business Coaching Plans

  • Cancellation after: 1st Session – Client receives $189.00 | (50 %)
  • Cancellation after: 2nd Session – Client receives $94.50 | (25 %)

LEAPTM Business Coaching Session

 A $25.00 cancellation fee will be applied if the client cancels within 48 hours of the date of the scheduled LEAPTM Business Coaching session.

 Estate Planning Session for Individuals (Standard and Premium)

 A $50.00 cancellation fee will be applied if the client cancels within 48 hours of the date of the scheduled estate planning “Q” Review.

In the event that the client fails to pay after the initial payment as designated in the engagement agreement, the client agrees to forfeit 50%(Fifty Percent) of the previous payment received in accordance with the payment arrangement outlined in the engagement agreement and all services will cease until payment has been restored in full and in writing. Partial delivery may be offered in accordance with partial payment.

Estate Planning Session for Couples (Standard and Premium)

 A $50.00 cancellation fee will be applied if the client cancels within 48 hours of the date of the scheduled estate planning “Q” Review.

In the event that the client fails to pay after the initial payment as designated in the engagement agreement, the client agrees to forfeit 50%(Fifty Percent) of the previously payment received in accordance with the payment arrangement outlined in the engagement agreement and all services will cease until payment has been restored in full and in writing. Partial delivery may be offered in accordance with partial payment.

How Refunds Will Be Issued

Approved cancellation requests will be issued a refund check, which will be mailed to the last known address of record for the client. If the coaching fee was paid by a credit card, the fee will be refunded to the credit card used.
